Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ZDN Manager ("ZDN Manager", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our website at zdnmanager.com, our web application at app.zdnmanager.com, and the ZDN Manager browser extension (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account and contact information. When you register, we collect information such as your name, email address, password, and billing details.
  • Marketplace and supplier connections. To provide automation, you connect accounts on platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, AliExpress and other supported marketplaces. We process listing data, order data, tracking numbers, and the account identifiers or authorization tokens you provide.
  • Order and buyer data. To perform features you request — such as Auto Tracking, Auto Message, and Auto Copy — we process order details and buyer information (for example, order numbers, shipping addresses, and names) solely to complete those actions on your behalf.
  • Data accessed by the browser extension. When you use the ZDN Manager extension, it reads and interacts with the content of supported marketplace and supplier pages you open (for example, order and tracking pages) in order to perform the automation you enable, such as copying addresses, submitting tracking codes, or uploading products.
  • Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, and Payoneer). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage and technical data. We collect log data, device and browser information, IP address, and usage activity to operate, secure, and improve the Services, including through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services and their features (including product upload, stock tracking, auto tracking, auto messaging, auto copy, and profit protection);
  • Create and manage your account and process transactions;
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • Improve, personalize, and develop the Services;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Browser Extension and Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The ZDN Manager extension is provided for the single purpose of helping you automate the management of your e-commerce listings, orders, tracking, and messaging across supported marketplaces. Our use of information obtained through the extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only collect and use the data required to provide and improve the features described above;
  • We do not sell your personal or user data to any third party;
  • We do not use or transfer your data for advertising, or for any purpose unrelated to the extension's single purpose;
  • We do not use your data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes;
  • Extension permissions are requested only to deliver the features you enable, and data is transmitted to our servers only to provide those features.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the Services (for example, cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics), under obligations to protect your data.
  • Marketplaces and suppliers. To carry out actions you request — for example, submitting a tracking number to eBay or placing information into a supplier's system on your behalf.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ZDN Manager, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.
